Found this on a USB drive tonight with some old FOIA scans. I don’t really have much to say on this… but a picture is worth a thousand questions…
The defining document of the organization seems to reside within National Security Decision Directive 55 (NSDD 55) signed by President Ronald Reagan.
However the original text is still classified. What is says is anyone’s guess.
